Input parameters are used to pass values from the analysis to the script. They can be of three types: page or data table in the current analysis, action control, or data type. Page or data table in the current analysis allows the script to access a specific page or data table by name. Action control allows the script to be triggered by a user action, such as clicking a button or selecting a value from a list. According to the official documentation, there are four levels of permissions that can be set for a folder in the library: Access, Browse + Access, Browse + Access + Modify, and Full Control 1 2 .  Before creating an information link, you need to setup a data source that connects to the database where the data tables are stored. A data source defines the connection parameters, such as the server name, port number, user name, password, and database name.  You can create a data source using the Data Source Manager tool in the Spotfire Analyst client 1 .  Once you have a data source, you can use the Information Designer tool to create column, filter, and procedure elements that will be the building blocks of your information link 2 .  You can then add these elements to your information link and specify the join path, filters, prompts, and other options 3 .  References :

 The Business Author version of Web Client is a web-based interface that allows users to create and edit analyses from a browser. Users can perform tasks such as adding data tables, visualizations, filters, markings, and pages to an analysis. They can also share their analyses with other users through the Library or by sending links via email. The expression shortcut “Cumulative Sum” uses the expression  Sum([Column]) THEN Sum([Value] ) OVER (AllPrevious([Axis.X])) . This expression calculates the sum of the values in a column, and then calculates the cumulative sum of those values over all previous values on the X-axis.  This is equivalent to option C in the image you sent 1 .  References :

To make a visualization mod accessible to other users, you can either save the mod to the Spotfire Library or embed the mod in the analysis. Saving the mod to the Spotfire Library allows other users to browse and use the mod from the Library Browser, as long as they have the appropriate permissions.
