The Base Guide library is a collection of pre-built guides that cover common business processes in Oracle Cloud Applications. These guides are designed to help users learn and perform tasks in the application, by providing step-by-step instructions, tips, and best practices. Process Guides are one of the types of content that can be found in the Base Guide library. Process Guides are guides that cover a complete business process, such as creating a purchase order or submitting an expense report. Process Guides are composed of multiple steps, each with a screenshot, a title, and a description. Process Guides can also include links to other guides, such as Task Lists or Quick Tours, to provide additional information or guidance. Creating OGL Content Course

When a guide is deleted from My Content, it is not permanently removed from the OGL console. Instead, it is moved to the Archive, which is a special folder that stores all the deleted content items. The Archive can be accessed from the left navigation pane, under the My Content folder. The Archive folder shows the name, type, and date of deletion of each content item. The deleted content items can be restored from the Archive by selecting them and clicking the Restore button.  The restored content items will be moved back to their original folders in My Content 1 2 .  References :

The Clone action on a guide tile creates a duplicate of the guide with a new unique apiName. This allows you to create a copy of an existing guide and modify it as per your requirements. The cloned guide will have the same content, settings, and activation conditions as the original guide, but will have a different apiName that is automatically generated by appending a number to the original apiName. For example, if the original guide has an apiName of  myGuide , the cloned guide will have an apiName of  myGuide1 . The apiName is a unique identifier for each guide that is used for tracking, reporting, and integration purposes.  The Content Editor is a tool that allows users to edit OGL guides directly in the host application, without opening the OGL Console. The Content Editor has two modes: Simple and Full. The Simple mode enables users to make simple text edits and delete steps, while the Full mode enables users to access all the features of the OGL Console, such as step conditions, display settings, and advanced conditions. The Content Editor can be accessed by clicking on the Edit icon in the guide tile or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+E. Activation conditions can be used to restrict content to specific user roles, pages, regions, fields, or values in the application. Activation conditions can also be used to control the order and sequence of content items, such as guides, task lists, or quick tours. Activation conditions can be configured in the Content Editor or the Full Editor, by using the Activation Conditions tab. Activation conditions can be based on various criteria, such as URL, element, attribute, or role. Activation conditions can be combined with logical operators, such as AND, OR, or NOT, to create complex rules.  Use Case content items are pre-built guides that are designed for specific business scenarios and applications. They are stored in the Use Case library, which is a collection of use cases that are available for import into the OGL console. To make changes to Use Case content items, a user needs to first import the use case from the library into their OGL console. This will create a copy of the use case in the My Content section, where the user can edit, customize, and publish the guides as needed. The user cannot make changes to the use case in the Content Editor before importing it, as the Content Editor only allows editing of existing content items. The Track Target Position Netting is an option in the Advanced Settings of the Full Editor that allows the content developer to enable or disable the tracking of the target element’s position on the screen. If this option is enabled, the tip will follow the target element if the user scrolls the page or the element moves due to dynamic content changes. This ensures that the tip stays on the target element and provides relevant information or instructions to the user. If this option is disabled, the tip will remain fixed at the position where it was initially displayed, regardless of the target element’s movement. This may cause the tip to lose its connection with the target element and confuse the user.

Option A is incorrect because the Track Target Position Netting option does not affect the size of the highlighted section of the screen. The size of the highlighted section is determined by the target element’s size and the border radius setting. The content developer can use the border radius setting to adjust the rounded corners of the highlighted section using pixel precision.

Option B is incorrect because the Track Target Position Netting option does not redirect a guide back to the Help widget. The Help widget is a separate component that displays the available OGL content items for the user to launch.
